The Front Office Receptionist will oversee day-to-day front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls, welcoming visitors, managing appointments, and providing general administrative support. The role requires maintaining an organized reception area, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients, and upholding professional customer service standards.QualificationsProficient in Phone Etiquette and able to handle a multi-line telephone system professionally.Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office management, including scheduling appointments and maintaining a welcoming environment.Strong Customer Service skills to attend to clients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in using office technology and software (e.g., MS Office applications).Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a must.
