About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Frontend Lead – React Native to lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for our digital banking platform.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React Native, mobile architecture, and frontend leadership. In this role, you will lead frontend initiatives, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of scalable and user-centric mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver modern digital banking experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend LeadershipLead and mentor the frontend/mobile engineering team.Define frontend architecture and development standards.Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices.Mobile Application DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.Build reusable and scalable frontend components.Ensure high performance and responsiveness across mobile devices.CollaborationWork closely with UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences.Collaborate with backend teams for API integrations.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical planning.Performance & QualityOptimize application performance and stability.Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability.Maintain clean, testable, and maintainable code.Required QualificationsExperience9+ years of experience in frontend or mobile development2+ years of experience leading frontend/mobile teamsStrong hands-on experience with React NativeTechnical SkillsReact NativeJavaScript (ES6+)TypeScriptREST API integrationRedux / ZustandMobile application architectureGit version controlMobile PlatformsExperience building and maintaining applications for:AndroidiOSProfessional SkillsStrong leadership and mentoring abilitiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in digital banking or fintech applicationsExperience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applicationsExperience with mobile debugging and performance optimizationFamiliarity with React Query or similar state management/data-fetching libraries
