The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for efficiently managing inventory and customer orders through tasks such as packing, unloading, storing, and organizing products. Other duties include maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring accurate order processing, and assisting with warehouse operations. The role may also involve providing support to customers by addressing order-related inquiries and concerns.Qualifications Proficiency in packing, sorting, and organizing products to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Experience with unloading shipments and forklift operation (certification is a plus) Strong customer service skills to assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment and the ability to meet deadlines Physical capability to lift and move packages as required High school diploma or equivalent preferredWe are hiring a Fulfillment Associate responsible for handling customer orders from receiving them in the system until they are picked, checked, packed, labeled, and handed over to the courier. The role includes processing daily orders, picking and sorting products accurately, performing basic quality checks, packing orders according to Egy Gamer packaging standards, attaching shipping labels, supporting inventory checks, and assisting with returns and exchanges. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, basic computer skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and preferably previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or retail operations. Work schedule: 6 working days per week.
