You'll work across our core product, from the data pipelines powering our tender intelligence engine to the React/Next.js surfaces our clients use every day.This is a high-ownership individual contributor role. You'll work closely with our Head of Technology and squad leads across Data & Trust, Compliance, and Bid Intelligence. Your decisions ship fast and they matter.What You'll DoDesign and build scalable backend APIs and microservicesDevelop and maintain frontend features with a strong eye for UX and performanceWork with data models, query optimization, and aggregation pipelinesIntegrate AI-powered features; LLM pipelines, embeddings, and vector search into live product workflowsContribute to infrastructure and deployment on GCPCollaborate on RTL/Arabic-first UI implementation within a strict design token systemWrite clean, testable code and participate in cross-squad code reviewsDebug and resolve production issues quickly, we move fast and care about stabilityContribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge basesWhat We're Looking For5–8 years of professional software development experienceStrong Python proficiency, Django and FastAPI are our core backend stackSolid Next.js / React experience with production deployments under your beltStrong MySQL experience, schema design, query optimization, migrationsComfort working in GCP environmentsExperience building and consuming RESTful APIsStrong debugging skills and an ownership mindset, you close what you openAbility to work independently in a remote, async-first environmentStrong PlusExperience with LLMs, embedding pipelines, or AI-powered product featuresRTL/Arabic UI experience, bidirectional text, localization, Arabic typographyBackground in GovTech, procurement platforms, or enterprise SaaS in MENAArabic-language NLP or document processing pipeline experienceFamiliarity with product analytics tooling (Mixpanel, PostHog, or similar)
