We believe in creating sustainable solutions that empower individuals and strengthen communities.Position Overview:We are seeking a results-driven CSR Specialist to lead our fundraising efforts from csr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing funding from corporates, banks, and foundations, while building long-term strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities: • implement a comprehensive CSR fundraising strategy targeting corporates, banks, private institutions and international donors. • Identify and research potential funding partners with aligned social responsibility goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with CSR departments, key decision-makers, and stakeholders in the corporate sector. • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports tailored to donor priorities and interests. • Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure impactful storytelling and visibility for corporate partners. • Ensure timely reporting and fulfillment of donor requirements, including project updates, financial reports, and impact assessments.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred). • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit or private sector. • Proven track record of securing significant funding from corporate partners. • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills. • Fluency in English and Arabic. • Passion for social impact and a deep understanding of development challenges in Egypt and the MENA region.What We Offer: • A purpose-driven work environment with a dedicated and passionate team. • Opportunities for professional development and growth. • Very good salary based on experience and qualifications.How to Apply:Please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to recruitment@afd-eg.org with the subject line “CSR Partnerships Specialist Application”
