Defect Detection | كشف العيوب EN: Identify defects, damages, or non-conformance (NCR) in finished products and raw materials compared to approved samples. Documentation & Reporting | التوثيق والتقارير EN: Record quality findings and assist in the analysis of defects to help the team make data-driven decisions. AR: تسجيل نتائج الفحص والمساهمة في تحليل العيوب لمساعدة الفريق في اتخاذ قرارات مبنية على البيانات. SOP Adherence | الالتزام بمعايير العمل EN: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all internal furniture processes to maintain consistency. Returns & Complaints | التعامل مع المرتجعات EN: Inspect returned items to identify root causes of damage and provide feedback to prevent recurrence.
