Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Furniture Technical Engineer, based in Giza. The primary responsibilities include developing technical drawings and blueprints for furniture designs, collaborating with production and design teams to ensure manufacturability and quality, and overseeing the production process to ensure adherence to specifications. The role also involves troubleshooting design or production challenges and providing technical support to optimize manufacturing processes. Qualifications Proficiency in technical drawing and CAD software, such as AutoCAD or SolidWorksStrong understanding of materials, particularly wood, metals, and upholsteryKnowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflow in a furniture contextProblem-solving skills for troubleshooting design and production issuesEffective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across design and production teamsBachelor’s degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in furniture engineering, design, or manufacturing is highly advantageous
