As a QA Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including but not limited to, managing the QA team daily operations, creating QA processes, defining testing priorities, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment across development teams, and collaborating closely with developers, producers, and leads, while testing all game features, functionalities, and scenarios. Your expertise will create a thriving environment for the QA team to identify and report defects and provide actionable feedback. You’ll be instrumental in establishing QA best practices and growing the QA team. YOUR MISSION:Build, mentor, and manage the QA teams, from initial hiring to ongoing performance management.Collaborate with Development, Design, and Production teams to ensure smooth testing cycles and clear communication of issues backed with hard data to ensure milestone releases are of high quality.Define, implement, and improve QA processes, workflows, and best practices.Plan and manage QA schedules, resources, and risk mitigation.Work with analytics tools and data to analyze testing metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.Ensure QA documentation, bug tracking, and reporting adhere to studio standards.Reporting product status and promptly alerting key leaders about any escalating issues.Foster effective communication and test execution with external partners.YOUR PROFILE:+7 years of QA or Project Management experience with at least 3 years in as a Lead.Proven experience building QA teams and processes from the ground up.Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies and test schedule concepts.Proficient in using QA tools and bug-tracking systems and project management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Confluence).Excellent leadership and organizational skills with very high standard of communication skills and teamwork.Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities with high attention to details.Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and prioritizing a wide range of tasks.Technical interest: understanding of environments, platforms, and QA tools; advanced technical topics are handled by the co‑lead.Nice to have:Passion for games and a keen eye for details in user experience and gameplay quality.Exposure to game engines and/or scripting.Experience with test automation is a plus.Familiarity with console compliance testing, platform certification processes and build pipelines is a plus.How to ApplyPlease submit:Your CVA short cover letter explaining why you're interested in QA
