Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)Company: Basic Couture & Blanks & Co.Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced Garment Supply Chain & Production Manager to lead our end-to-end apparel supply chain operations, from sourcing and production planning to inventory management and final delivery. The ideal candidate will ensure products are manufactured on time, within budget, and according to our quality standards. Key responsibilities typically include supplier management, production planning, quality control, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities• Manage the entire garment production lifecycle from development to delivery.• Source and negotiate with fabric, trims, and garment suppliers.• Build and maintain relationships with factories and manufacturers.• Develop production plans and monitor capacity utilization.• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials.• Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve delays.• Implement quality assurance standards across all production stages.• Manage inventory levels and replenishment planning.• Coordinate with design, merchandising, marketing, warehouse, and logistics teams.• Track production costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.• Ensure on-time order fulfillment and customer delivery performance.• Generate weekly and monthly supply chain and production reports.• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
