The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Role and ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions.Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies, and regulations.Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.Perform other related accounting duties as assigned.Department: FinanceDirect Manager: Chief AccountantSalary: Transferred through a bank account by the end of each month.Location: From Office with one day work from homeKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).Up to 5 years of relevant accounting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Preferred experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or Odoo.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
