Record and maintain daily accounting transactions accurately.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Monitor project costs, budgets, and construction-related expenses.Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts.Prepare and review journal entries and supporting documentation.Track real estate sales, leases, and property-related transactions.Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts and financial analyses.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants.Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.Support management with financial reports and decision-making data.Monitor subcontractor payments and supplier accounts.Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records. b Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate and construction companies.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Experience with project accounting and cost control.Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with tax regulations and VAT requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Professional accounting certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
