Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.job code:2026FINA-102Job Requirement Responsible for monthly closing activities using ERP system preferred Oracle (NetSuite)Assist accounting department members to do the accounting properlyReview and monitor accounting transactions on daily basis on Oracle (NetSuite)Prepare accounting entries for fixed assets, prepaid, accruals, leases transactions provisions, adjustment and re-class entriesPrepare and confirm accounts reconciliations with related parties and inter-company transactionsAssist in preparing trial balance and financial statements Profit or Loss statement, Statement of financial position, and Cash flowProvide monthly reports and analysis for revenues and expensesPrepare Ad-hoc reports as per management needsAssist in the development and maintenance of written accounting guidelinesAssist in Tax inspection along with our tax advisorsResponsible for interim and annual audit activitiesResearch accounting issues and determine the proper handling of transactionsJob QualificationsBachelor’s degree in accounting1 year experience in accounting (Preferred in Public Accounting)IFRS certification / diploma is preferredAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel)knowledge of ERP system - Oracle NetSuite (Preferred)Knowledge of Power BI and SQL (Preferred)Presentations skillsStrong ability to analyze financial informationStrong interpersonal skills - the ability to work with a diverse team and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAttention to detailsThorough knowledge of applicable accounting/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts, and company proceduresAbility to speak and write English fluentlyWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
