Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction to all hospitality operations. Oversee daily operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to achieve business targets. Lead, coach, and motivate staff to build a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand presence and customer engagement. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvement strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and stakeholders. Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance and business development. Social Insurance Medical Insurance Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of managing complex hospitality operations and delivering exceptional guest service. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Solid financial management skills including budgeting and cost control. Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Knowledge of industry regulations, health, and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
