We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead the overall operations, performance, and growth of our hotel and resort business.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotels, resorts, hospitality, and guest experience management, with proven success in driving operational excellence, revenue growth, team performance, and service quality.Key Responsibilities• Lead and oversee the full operation of the hotel and resort across all departments.• Drive overall business performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction.• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue, occupancy, and overall commercial performance.• Ensure high standards across operations, guest service, food and beverage, events, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration.• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.• Work closely with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to maximize occupancy and business opportunities.• Lead department heads and build a high-performance, service-oriented culture.• Ensure effective recruitment, team development, succession planning, and performance management.• Maintain compliance with legal, health, safety, and hospitality standards.• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, event organizers, and other key stakeholders.• Identify new growth opportunities across rooms, resort services, events, dining, and partnerships.• Ensure the property delivers a consistent and memorable guest experience aligned with brand and business goals.Requirements• Proven experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or senior leadership role in hotels, resorts, hospitality, or tourism.• Strong operational and commercial background.• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-department teams and manage full property performance.• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest experience, budgeting, and revenue generation.• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.• Strong business acumen with a hands-on management approach.• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in resort operations is highly preferred.• Background in pre-opening, turnaround, or growth-stage hospitality businesses is a strong advantage.• Strong exposure to sales-driven and commercially focused hospitality environments.• Excellent command of English and Arabic
