Our Client : A growing consumer goods organization. Your Role : We're looking for a commercially driven leader to take ownership of a full business operation in Egypt. Someone who understands that growth comes from strong execution, disciplined route-to-market, capable distributors, operational excellence, and staying close to customers.This is a role for someone who has led a business, not just a function.You'll be responsible for growth, profitability, market expansion, distributor performance, operational continuity, and overall business performance.• Lead the overall business strategy and growth agenda in Egypt• Drive commercial performance across customers, distributors, and channels• Strengthen route-to-market effectiveness and market coverage• Lead both commercial and operational teams to deliver business objectives• Manage profitability, business performance, and operational efficiency• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders• Drive business transformation, capability building, and performance improvement initiativesMust Have :• Experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, Managing Director, Business Unit Head, or senior commercial leader with full business responsibility• Strong background in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, or related sectors• Proven ownership of P&L and business performance• Experience leading both commercial and operational functions• Deep understanding of distributor-led business models and route-to-market strategy• Track record of driving growth, market expansion, and business transformation• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilityWhat Success Looks Like• Sustainable business growth and improved market position• Strong distributor performance and execution excellence• Improved operational effectiveness and commercial discipline• A business that is stronger, more scalable, and better positioned for the future
