The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, maximizing operational excellence, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality petroleum services in compliance with international standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's strategic and operational plans to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability.Lead and oversee all business functions including Operations, Engineering, Quality, HSE, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Commercial activities.Ensure the efficient execution of workshop and field operations, including OCTG Services, Machine Shop Manufacturing, API & Premium Connection Rethreading, Repair, Bucking, Welding, and Hardbanding.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and stakeholders within the Oil & Gas industry.Drive financial performance by managing budgets, optimizing costs, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.Monitor organizational performance through KPIs and implement improvement initiatives across all departments.Ensure full compliance with API, ISO, customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Promote a strong culture of Safety, Quality, Integrity, and Operational Excellence throughout the organization.Lead business development initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and support strategic growth plans.Develop leadership capabilities, foster employee engagement, and build a high-performance organizational culture.Represent the company in executive meetings, customer negotiations, and interactions with regulatory authorities. Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or Master's degree is considered an advantage.Minimum 15 years of progressive experience within the Oil & Gas or Petroleum Services industry.Minimum 7 years in a senior leadership or executive management role.Strong background in Petroleum Services, OCTG, Machine Shop Manufacturing, Threading & Rethreading, Welding, or related industrial operations.Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, financial management, and operational leadership.Strong understanding of API, ISO, HSE, and international quality standards.Demonstrated experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and organizational performance.Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.Personal SkillsVisionary leadership with strong strategic thinking.Excellent business and commercial acumen.Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.Ability to lead organizational change and build high-performing teams.
