General Manager – Restaurant, Lounge & Cafe

We are seeking a strong, hands-on General Manager for a high-potential Restaurant & Lounge located in Sharqia.The selected candidate will be fully responsible for leading and developing the entire operation with full authority.Key Responsibilities: Full operational management of restaurant & lounge Kitchen supervision and food quality control Sales growth strategy and revenue optimization Full P&L management Food & Beverage cost control Inventory management and waste reduction Team leadership, hiring & performance management Implementing SOPs and operational systems Enhancing customer experience and brand positioningThis is a leadership role for a results-driven manager who can build structure, improve performance, and drive measurable growth. The opportunity includes accommodation and profit share, with clear KPIs and performance evaluation.  7+ years of experience in restaurant / café operations Proven experience managing full restaurant operations Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage cost control Experience managing full P&L and budgets Demonstrated track record in sales growth Experience leading and managing teams of 20+ employees Strong leadership and decision-making skills Experience in hotels or well-known restaurant chains is a strong plus Willingness to relocate to Sharqia
