The company also operates a specialized contact center and a global network of schools under the name "Rowad Al Khaleej International Schools."Role DescriptionResponsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Genesys Engage / PureEngage contact center solutions. The role includes working on routing, IVR, agent desktop, reporting, SIP/voice components, and system integrations to ensure stable day-to-day operations and successful project delivery.Genesys Cloud EngineerResponsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Genesys Cloud CX solutions. The role includes developing call flows in Genesys Architect, handling integrations, supporting deployments and migrations, and resolving technical issues related to the contactQualificationsMust HaveBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Engage or Genesys Cloud, depending on the role.Solid understanding of contact center concepts such as routing, IVR, call flows, agent desktop, and telephony/voice integrations.Experience in configuration, implementation, support, and troubleshooting of the relevant Genesys platform.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in production environments.Preferred QualificationsGenesys certifications are a plus.Experience with API integrations, scripting, and automation.Experience with reporting and analytics tools, especially for Genesys Engage.Exposure to cloud migrations, upgrades, and large-scale contact center projects.Good communication skills and ability to work with business and technical teams.Proficiency in Software Development for creating and customizing application modules to meet specific project requirements.Strong knowledge of Infrastructure and experience in implementing network and telecommunication frameworks.Expertise in Cloud Computing, including hands-on experience with cloud technologies and services such as Genesys Cloud.Solid experience working with Linux operating systems and proficiency in managing tasks within a Linux environment.Familiarity with Databases, including installation, optimization, and maintenance processes.Excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications in Genesys Engage or Genesys Cloud are a plus.Experience in telecom or related industries is highly desirable.
