Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently. Provide accurate information and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when needed. Maintain high service standards and meet contractual KPIs. Essential Functions / Core ResponsibilitiesEnsure service delivery meets all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and strong problem-solving in every interaction. Follow company processes and guidelines to resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate documentation and account records. Stay up to date with product/service knowledge, policies, and procedures. Candidate ProfileMandatory RequirementsPlus 1 year of experience in customer service. C1 German proficiency – A Must. B2 English proficiency. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work rotational shifts and willing to work from The 5th Settlement site.Must be flexible and available to work night and overnight shifts.
