Join our fast-growing BPO company as a Trainer & Quality Assurance Specialist with fluent German and English language skills.In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, while also ensuring the highest level of quality in our services through rigorous quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training methodologies, quality assurance practices, and a passion for continuous improvement.It is a full-time remote position.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM or 12PM - 9PM Central European Time (depending on project needs)At Mindy you have great opportunity to get:Experience in the international company working with people around the globe.Compensation during trial: 1600$ (1400$ + 200$ (KPIs bonus), After trial: 1700$ (1500$ + 200$ KPIs bonus)100% remote job;20 paid days of vacations, 10 paid days sick leaves per year;Dynamic work in a young team of like-minded people.Management's attention, support and motivation.Your responsibilities:Develop training material according to business needs - in German and English languages!Provide training for agents and management team in small groups: soft skills, working with objections, active listening, working with negative customers, sales, written communications etc.Provide Onboarding for new Agents.Copying the training of our clients for subsequent independent use.Develop QA process, scripts.Coaching Agents, analyzing their mistakes (soft skills), agent’s evaluation.Produce training on demand.You are our perfect candidate if you have:Fluent C1 level German and C1 level English (writing and speaking).Previous Experience as a Trainer for a call-center or BPO company.Understanding of Customer Support KPIs.Have your own PC and good Internet connection.Good computer skills.Knowledge of CRMs.Responsibility, attentiveness, strong communication skills.Good knowledge of Google Workspace.Mindy support is a global company.
