OverviewPepsiCo Global Communications is building its Measurement and Insights capability to become a data-driven function. This will involve developing a robust monitoring setup, as well as building a best-in-class insights creation muscle and delivering consistent global reporting for the company’s brands at a Global scope. This role is a hands-on execution partner, responsible for translating data into reporting and insights that drive decision making across Global CommunicationsResponsibilitiesThe Insights Manager will work with senior stakeholders across Brand Communications to driveimplementation and adoption of phase 1 (setup) of the Comms Insights transformation journey.The role will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Global Comms (InternationalFoods and International Beverages), while partnering closely with the global insights lead to deliverday-to-day reporting and analysis. Act as Insights counsel for the different business units Brief the agency for Global Brand Comms requests within the specified contract Build insight reports for International Foods (IF) and International Beverages (IB) briefs by working directly with business partners and connecting with the agency to ensure data is aligned to Measurement and Insights COE governance standards Disseminate Corporate Reputation insights to key business partners Proactively uncover insights that identify new market opportunities or help mitigate risk Drive execution excellence for Global Comms Deliver market-, portfolio-, and brand-level analysis (utilizing agency dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools), and incorporate business context beyond the data into clear insights Develop robust explanations of business performance, key drivers, and optimization opportunities to enable insights-led decision making Provide responses to ad-hoc requests when deeper analysis is required, including building tables, charts, and clear narratives using relevant data Champion the Measurement and Insights COE by sharing best practices across Communications and business stakeholders Performance measurement Support the development of a holistic measurement framework, ensuring the Measurement and Insights lens is embedded to track how communications positively impact brand objectives Act as a key resource for performance measurement across Global Communications Roll out and implement the measurement framework to assess effectiveness of brand communicationsCompensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
