• Monitor all buses, vans, and transportation vehicles in real-time using GPS tracking systems.• Ensure drivers follow assigned routes, schedules, and pickup/drop-off plans.• Track delays, unauthorized stops, route deviations, and traffic disruptions.• Coordinate directly with drivers regarding route changes, delays, or emergencies.• Ensure on-time employee pickup and drop-off according to approved schedules.• Monitor speeding, harsh driving, and unsafe driving behavior.• Report operational issues such as breakdowns, accidents, or delays immediately.• Maintain accurate trip records, movement logs, and incident reports.• Generate daily operational reports on fleet movement and performance.• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and client service teams to resolve transportation issues.• Monitor GPS device connectivity and report technical issues for maintenance.• Support route optimization to reduce delays, fuel consumption, and operational costs.Preferred Skills:• Attention to detail• Fast decision-making• Crisis management• Route planning awareness• Ability to work under pressure • Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.• Minimum1–3 years of experience in GPS tracking, transportation, or fleet monitoring.• Previous experience in employee transportation / staff transportation companies is preferred.• Strong experience with GPS tracking and fleet management software.• Good knowledge of city routes, traffic patterns, and transportation operations.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.• Ability to work rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
