Own and maintain the campaign calendar, project plans, and readiness trackers to ensure milestones are delivered on time, while proactively identifying risks and resolving live issues during key execution periods.Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the central orchestrator across various departments—including Commercial, CRM, Performance Marketing, Brand, Catalogue, Merchandising, Product & Tech, and Operations—to ensure that all actions have clear ownership, deadlines, and are followed through to seamless completion.Campaign Readiness & QA: Own the operational readiness of campaign launches. This includes managing hero products and doorbuster deals, pricing and voucher setup, inventory availability, homepage/landing-page assets, CRM/performance marketing assets, content and creative approvals, merchandising, and final quality assurance.Campaign Analysis & Post-Mortems: Partner with the Performance and Profitability Manager to monitor real-time campaign performance. Lead structured post-mortems to analyze results against targets, identify key drivers of success or gaps, and translate data-driven insights into actionable improvements for future campaigns.Process Improvement & Agentification: Continuously refine planning and execution frameworks by maintaining centralized playbooks and documentation. Actively identify repetitive manual bottlenecks and support the department’s transition toward automated workflows and AI-driven campaign-management activities.What You’ll NeedExperience & BackgroundThe Foundation: A highly driven post graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or fast-paced campaign operations.The Track Record: Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage concurrent timelines, and follow through on deliverables under pressure.QualificationEducation: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Analytical & Technical Capability: Highly comfortable working with data to assist in performance analysis.
