Job Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented designer to support our marketing and recruitment campaigns within a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content, including social media designs and video edits, to enhance our brand presence and attract top talent.Key Responsibilities:Design social media posts, ads, and campaign visualsEdit videos for marketing, recruitment, and internal communicationsCreate motion graphics and simple animationsEnsure brand consistency across all designsCollaborate with HR and Marketing teams on campaignsRequirements:1–3 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editingStrong knowledge of:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorGood sense of design, colors, and typographyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment (BPO experience is a plus)
