You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content while ensuring our office operations and e-commerce platforms (Amazon) run smoothly.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a superb command of the English language and a deep familiarity with AI tools to optimize workflows and creative output.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Design: Execute high-quality designs for web and print using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.E-commerce Support: Manage and update listings on Amazon eCommerce, ensuring accurate product information and high-quality visuals.Administrative Excellence: Handle secretarial tasks, professional correspondence, and document management using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.Customer Engagement: Provide top-tier Customer Care and Support, maintaining professional communication with clients and partners.AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio, or Adobe Firefly) to accelerate design iterations and automate administrative drafting.Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Design, Business, or a related field.Language Skills: Superb command of English (Written and Spoken) is mandatory. You must be able to draft professional emails and communicate with international standards.Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools for both text and image generation. You should know how to use AI to work smarter, not just harder.Experience: Proven experience in graphic design and administrative support.
