Job Title: Mid-Level Graphic Designer (Print & Video Specialist)Job Type: Full-time, OnsiteLocation: New Cairo, EgyptDays Off: One day off per week (to be determined)About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and technically skilled Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our team in New Cairo. You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across print media, digital assets, and video montage. This role requires a versatile designer who can switch between static design (brochures, posters, packaging) and dynamic video editing (social media reels, ads, montages).Key ResponsibilitiesPrint Design (40%)Design ready-to-print materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, packaging, and corporate identity kits.Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, crop marks) and coordinate with external printing houses.Ensure color accuracy and typography consistency across all physical outputs.Digital & Video Montage (40%)Edit short-form and long-form videos: promotional videos, social media reels, event montages, and ads.Perform video montage (cutting, transitions, audio sync, color grading, basic motion graphics).Integrate graphic elements into video footage using After Effects or Premiere Pro.Photoshop & Asset Creation (20%)Retouch, composite, and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop.Create visual assets for both print and video projects (thumbnails, overlays, lower thirds).Maintain an organized library of fonts, images, and project files.RequirementsExperience & Education2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).Portfolio must include print projects + video montage samples.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.Technical Skills (Must-Have)Adobe Photoshop (advanced: masking, retouching, color correction).Adobe Illustrator (for print vectors and layouts).Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (video editing & montage).Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics for video).Solid understanding of print production: bleeds, resolution (300 DPI), color modes (CMYK/Spot colors).Soft SkillsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.Problem-solving mindset for both print technical issues and video storytelling.Ability to work onsite in New Cairo and collaborate with a creative team.Working Conditions & BenefitsWork Schedule: 6 days per week (1 day off).Location: Fully onsite in New Cairo (near major landmarks – specify if needed, e.g., near Point 90 or Fifth Settlement).Working Hours: (e.g., 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or flexible as per company policy).
