We’re looking for a passionate and versatile Graphic Designer to bring visual life to three exciting and fast-growing brands under the My Way Egypt Group umbrella:My Way – Egypt’s top direct-selling beauty & personal care brand.Maderra – Premium home & personal care retail line.5 Minutes – Quick-prep dessert and spice brand made for everyday kitchens.You’ll lead creative projects across packaging, campaigns, events, and digital media—balancing strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and adapt product packaging across diverse categories: cosmetics, home care, food powders.Create visual assets for events, seminars, and retail activations.Develop engaging content for social media, including static visuals, reels covers, and motion-ready layouts.Build and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, online and offline.Collaborate closely with marketing, digital, and product teams to bring concepts to life.Supervise and review creative output from junior designers or agencies when needed. You’ll Work OnBeauty & Skincare visuals (My Way).Home cleaning and air care packaging (Maderra).Food & flavor-focused visuals (5 Minutes).Creative for printed catalogues, POS, banners, social campaigns, and more. What Makes This Role SpecialExposure to three completely different industries—beauty, home care, and food.Opportunity to influence both mass and premium retail segments.A hands-on role with end-to-end visibility from ideation to shelf.A creative culture that values experimentation, speed, and storytelling. 3+ years of experience in graphic design (FMCG or creative agency background preferred).Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong portfolio showing packaging, brand identity, and campaign work.Understanding of both retail design and digital-first visuals.Bonus: Basic animation/video editing skills or knowledge of print production.
