DescriptionJob Purpose:To provide a full co-ordinating, administrative and communications support to the Group Head/Department Head while maintaining high level of integrity and confidentialityJob Description: Planning and Organizing 1. Plan and prioritise work in the office independently, ensuring day to day properties area managed efficiently and establish and maintain workflows to deal with regular office duties smoothly for efficient planning and office management. 2. Communicate manager instructions or desires to relevant individuals and/or departments to ensure smooth coordination 3. Maintain confidential records and proper electronic and paper filing system to ensure proper office administration and record keeping4. Maintain an appointment calendar, internal and external mails and correspondence for the head to support optimum utilisation of time and attention to priority 5. Organize and arrange meeting called by the group head/department head to ensure attendance and smooth conduct of meetings6. Continue develop own professional skills and capabilities, to become an increasingly valuable member of the teamPolicies, Processes and Procedures7. Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Day-to-day management8. Follow the day to day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of workCompliance9. Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML, regulations and internal CIB polices and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
