SESCO Steel Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Group Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function across the Group. This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that support our ambitious growth plans while ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent across multiple business units and locations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement the Group's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, managerial, technical, engineering, and operational positions.Manage large-scale recruitment campaigns and mass hiring projects, ensuring timely delivery against aggressive hiring targets.Build and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, establishing KPIs, service levels, and recruitment governance.Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions.Develop strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, employer branding, recruitment agencies, universities, and digital platforms.Optimise recruitment processes, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.Utilize recruitment analytics and dashboards to monitor performance, forecast hiring needs, and support data-driven decision-making.Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and executive search firms.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations throughout the recruitment life cycle.Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen SESCO Steel Group's position as an employer of choice.Support organisational expansion projects, new plant mobilizations, and strategic workforce planning initiatives.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Demonstrated success in mass hiring, managing recruitment projects involving 300+ hires within defined timelines, particularly for manufacturing, industrial, construction, engineering, or steel sectors.Proven experience recruiting across all organisational levels, from blue-collar employees to executive leadership.Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates using advanced sourcing tools.Experience establishing recruitment KPIs, dashboards, and process improvements.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive performance.Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms and recruitment technologies is highly desirable.Fluency in English is required.Preferred Industry Experience:Candidates with experience in Steel, Manufacturing, Heavy Industry, Construction, Engineering, Industrial Services, or EPC organisations will be given preference.If you are passionate about building high-performing teams, leading strategic recruitment initiatives, and delivering large-scale hiring projects in a dynamic industrial environment, we encourage you to apply.
