Success requires balancing marketing, branding, communications, client experience, data analysis, commercial thinking, and long-term business strategy into one cohesive growth engine. The Growth Manager must continuously identify opportunities, solve complex cross-functional challenges, and design systems that enable Seven to scale without compromising its standards.The Growth Manager oversees two core divisions:- Client Experience & Communications- Client Experience Lead- Communications Specialist- Marketing & Acquisition- Acquisition Lead- Marketing CoordinatorUltimately, the Growth Manager is accountable for maximizing sustainable growth by increasing student acquisition, improving retention, strengthening Seven's brand, and ensuring optimal classroom utilization while maintaining an exceptional client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDepartment Leadership- Lead, mentor, and develop the Growth Department.- Set departmental objectives and monitor performance.- Build efficient systems, workflows, and operating procedures.- Foster strong collaboration between the Growth, Operations, and Academics departments.Client Experience- Ensure every client receives clear, accurate, and timely communication.- Oversee the client journey from first inquiry through enrollment and beyond.- Improve client satisfaction and long-term retention.- Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and efficiently.- Continuously refine the client experience to reflect Seven's standards.Marketing & Student Acquisition- Develop and execute student acquisition strategies.- Oversee marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.- Ensure all branding and communications consistently reflect Seven's identity.- Optimize lead generation and conversion processes.- Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through analysis and experimentation.Strategy & Performance- Own and continuously improve the Growth Department's KPIs.- Analyze enrollment trends and identify opportunities for growth.- Allocate marketing resources effectively.- Develop seasonal enrollment strategies.- Design scalable systems and processes that support long-term institutional growth.- Work closely with department leaders to align growth initiatives with operational and academic capacity.
