Team members work collaboratively in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment with a strong emphasis on measurable results and client success.Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Growth Marketing and Sales Manager. The person in this position will own the growth strategy and execution across the sales and marketing funnel, from top-of-funnel lead generation to closing deals and retaining clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and running digital campaigns, optimizing acquisition channels, managing outbound and inbound lead processes, and coordinating with virtual assistants and acquisition specialists to qualify and nurture leads. The role also involves building and refining sales pipelines, executing email, social, and content-based outreach, tracking performance metrics, and conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates. The Growth Marketing and Sales Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to set targets, forecast revenue, and refine value propositions for real estate investors and business clients.QualificationsStrong growth and digital marketing skills, including campaign planning, performance marketing, and funnel optimization.Sales and business development experience, including pipeline management, consultative selling, and closing B2B or investor-focused deals.Data and analytics capabilities, such as using CRM tools, dashboards, and metrics to measure ROI and inform decision-making.Experience with lead generation strategies, including outbound prospecting, email outreach, social media engagement, and list building.Ability to collaborate with and oversee virtual assistants, acquisition specialists, and cross-functional stakeholders in a remote setup.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tech-enabled solutions in clear, client-friendly language.Prior experience in real estate investing, proptech, or related industries is preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Self-directed work style, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.What is it for you?Remote-first company: We encourage flexible working.
