It is a full growth role that combines social media management, account management, community building, subscription sales, customer engagement, brand storytelling, and market growth strategy.The main mission is to grow SQORI from awareness to loyalty:Brand awareness → community engagement → app downloads → active users → paid subscriptions → retention → referrals.The ideal candidate must think like a marketer, act like a salesperson, communicate like an account manager, and build community like a founder.Responsibilities include:Create and manage monthly content calendars.Develop creative posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, campaigns, and educational content.Publish content consistently and professionally.Write strong captions, calls-to-action, campaign messages, and user-focused content.Improve engagement, reach, shares, comments, and saves.Create content that drives users to download the SQORI app.Build campaigns around education, AI, learning, productivity, student success, teacher support, and the future of learning.Maintain SQORI’s tone of voice, brand personality, and professional image.Set and achieve monthly targets for app downloads, active users, returning users, and paid subscriptions.Build strategies to convert social media followers into app users.Create growth funnels from content to download, from download to activation, and from activation to subscription.Support subscription sales campaigns and promotional offers.Generate qualified leads from schools, teachers, students, parents, training centers, universities, and education partners.Follow up with potential customers and partners when needed.Work with the sales team to convert leads into paying subscribers.Create upselling, renewal, and reactivation campaigns.Build campaigns that increase monthly recurring revenue and subscription adoption.Track conversion rates from views, clicks, downloads, signups, active users, and paid subscriptions.Increase daily active users and monthly active users.Create retention campaigns to bring users back to the app.Build reactivation campaigns for inactive users.Create user journeys that encourage people to return, use, subscribe, and recommend SQORI.Collect user feedback and share insights with the product team.Identify why users stop using the app and suggest improvements.Support onboarding content to help users understand the value of SQORI quickly.Create campaigns that turn free users into paid subscribers.Build loyalty strategies to make users feel attached to SQORI.Create and grow SQORI communities on social platforms, groups, channels, and other relevant spaces.Build a community of students, teachers, parents, schools, education creators, and AI-learning enthusiasts.Create community challenges, live sessions, webinars, competitions, referral programs, and ambassador programs.Encourage users to share their experiences, success stories, reviews, and testimonials.Reply to comments, messages, and concerns in an elegant, professional, and brand-safe manner.Turn SQORI users into advocates who promote the platform naturally.Create strong emotional attachment between SQORI and its users.Build a community culture where users feel they are part of the future of education.Position SQORI as a trusted education and AI platform.Build the message that SQORI is not just an app, but a movement toward smarter learning.Create content that explains the problem SQORI solves and why users need it.Develop storytelling campaigns that make users emotionally connected to the brand.Build SQORI’s identity in the education, AI, and technology market.Improve SQORI’s market presence and professional image.Create user success stories, case studies, testimonials, and before-and-after stories.Monitor competitors and identify how SQORI can stand out.Build demand by making the market understand the value of SQORI.Manage communication with users, clients, partners, schools, teachers, and potential customers.Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers and partners.Handle questions, feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally.Support customers before, during, and after subscription.Help retain customers and reduce churn.Identify upsell and renewal opportunities.Coordinate with internal teams to solve user issues.Represent SQORI professionally in all communications.Create monthly marketing plans focused on reach, downloads, activation, subscriptions, and retention.Plan campaigns for product launches, new features, offers, partnerships, events, and seasonal education moments.Build strategies for organic growth and paid campaign support.Work with the design, product, marketing, and sales teams to execute campaigns.Suggest new marketing ideas, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community activations.Create referral, ambassador, and loyalty programs.Support B2B and B2C growth strategies.Create campaigns that attract users, partners, schools, and subscription buyers.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.Track app downloads, active users, returning users, subscription sales, engagement, leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance.Analyze what is working and what is not working.Suggest improvements based on data.Measure social media performance, user behavior, and market response.Track competitors, trends, audience behavior, and campaign results.Build clear dashboards for management.Use insights to improve future campaigns and growth strategy.QualificationsProficiency in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Campaign ManagementStrong skills in Community Engagement, Relationship Building, and Social Media ManagementExperience in Analytics, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Performance Metrics AnalysisExcellent Written and Verbal Communication SkillsAbility to Collaborate Across Teams and Independently Manage ProjectsKeen Interest in Education Technology or Related Fields is a PlusBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a Relevant FieldFluency in Arabic and English is preferredExperience in EdTech, AI, mobile apps, SaaS, subscriptions, or education services.Previous success increasing app downloads or paid subscriptions.Experience working with schools, universities, teachers, students, parents, or education partners.Experience managing influencer campaigns or creator partnerships.Experience building ambassador programs, referral programs, or online communities.Experience with paid ads is a plus.Experience creating customer journeys and retention campaigns is a plus.
