Role Description: We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to lead customer acquisition, generate qualified leads, and support the growth of our platformKey Responsibilities: Manage and grow our social media presence across all major platforms.Create engaging content, posts, stories, and marketing campaigns.Design marketing materials, social media creatives, and presentations using Canva.Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max).Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.Stay updated with digital marketing trends and recommend new growth opportunitiesQualifications +2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing. Proven track record in generating qualified leads and managing customer acquisition campaigns. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, growth strategies, and digital marketing channels. Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Experience with LinkedIn campaigns and B2B lead generation.
