The Guest Relations Agent will welcome guests upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Responsibilities include managing guest communications in person and via phone or email, coordinating with reception and other departments to address guest needs, and helping resolve concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role also involves supporting concierge-style services such as providing information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation, as well as maintaining accurate records of guest preferences and feedback.
