The Guest Relations Manager will oversee daily patient and visitor interactions to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns promptly, improving customer satisfaction, managing guest inquiries, and collaborating with teams to maintain excellent service standards. This is a full-time, on-site role situated in Cairo, Egypt. The manager will also conduct training sessions to enhance customer service skills and operational efficiency within the team.
