• Manage guests’ check-ins and check-outs smoothly • Ensure a premium guest experience throughout the stay • Handle guests’ inquiries and resolve complaints professionally • Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams • Maintain high hospitality and service standards • Follow up on guests’ feedback and satisfaction • Accommodation provided • Competitive package • Exposure to a premium hospitality environment • Opportunity to work in one of the top summer destinations in Egypt • 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry • Previous experience in Guest Relations is highly preferred • Fluent English speakers • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Car owners are preferred (not a must) • Ability to work in a fast-paced seasonal environment
