It offers guests a unique experience where fine dining meets high-end entertainment, all with panoramic views of the Nile.Responsibilities:• Supervise daily cashiering activities across allshifts.• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the POS system. • Monitor cash handling procedures and compliance with company policies. • Perform daily cash counts and reconcile discrepancies. • Train, schedule, and supervise cashiers. Ensure staff adherence to service standards and operational procedures • Handle cashier performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cashreports.• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions (cash, C/L, digital payments). Investigate and resolve discrepancies orvariances.• Coordinate with finance for audits andreporting.• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service atcheckout.• Handle customer complaints related to billingor payments.• Maintain a professional and welcoming front-of-house environment.• Maintain POS system accuracy (pricing, menu updates, promotions, VOID, Discounts, CL, Refund, Returned sales to kitchen or bar ). • Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.• Implement fraud prevention and loss controlmeasures.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, (preferred). • 5-7 years of experience in cashiering in the field of luxury restaurants and nightlife industry is a Must. • Strong numerical and analytical skills. • Leadership and team management abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Familiarity with POS systems and Matrix System is a Must. • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.
