Head Nurse

Job Title: Head Nurse (Medical Clinics)📍 Location:Sheikh Zayed – Giza🔹 Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Head Nurse to lead and manage the nursing team within our medical clinics. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality patient care, maintain clinical standards, and support the overall efficiency of healthcare operations.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the nursing staff across all departments.Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to medical protocols.Monitor and evaluate nurses’ performance and provide continuous training and development.Coordinate with doctors and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.Ensure compliance with infection control policies and healthcare regulations.Manage nursing schedules, shifts, and staffing needs.Handle patient complaints and ensure patient satisfaction.Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.Oversee medical supplies and ensure availability of required materials.🔹 Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred).Proven experience as a Head Nurse or Senior Nurse.Experience: 5 to 8 years in clinics or hospitals.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Excellent command of English (spoken & written).Strong knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.🔹 Preferred Skills:Experience in multi-specialty clinics.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Familiarity with healthcare systems and reporting tools.🔹 How to Apply:Please send your CV to: hr@allawatyclinics.comOr via WhatsApp: 01127696968
