This role leads the content team, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content that supports business objectives, increases brand awareness, generates leads, and drives customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesContent StrategyDevelop and implement the overall content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.Create annual and quarterly content plans and editorial calendars.Identify new content opportunities based on market trends and customer insights.Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.Content ProductionOversee the creation of:Social media contentVideo scriptsWebsite contentBlogs and articlesEmail campaignsAdvertising copyProduct descriptionsMarketing materialsReview, edit, and approve all published content.Ensure content is SEO-friendly and optimized for digital platforms.Team LeadershipManage and mentor content creators, copywriters, designers, videographers, and freelancers.Allocate projects and monitor workload.Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions.Foster creativity and continuous improvement within the team.Campaign CollaborationWork closely with:Digital MarketingGraphic DesignSocial MediaPerformance MarketingProduct MarketingSalesEnsure content supports campaigns and business objectives.Performance & AnalyticsMeasure content performance using KPIs.Analyze engagement, website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.Recommend improvements based on analytics.Brand ManagementMaintain brand guidelines across all content.Ensure messaging remains consistent across channels.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field.Medical background is a plus.Experience7–10 years of experience in content marketing or content creation.At least 3 years in a leadership role.Apply here : monica.wassim@coaholding.com
