Head of Department - Retail (Academic)

Role Description The Head of Department at B.TECH Applied Technology School will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs within their assigned department. Responsibilities include managing faculty and staff, ensuring curriculum alignment with educational standards, and leading department meetings. The role also involves mentoring and supporting teachers, promoting staff development, and fostering a collaborative and innovative educational environment. The Head of Department will work closely with the leadership team to monitor student outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire faculty membersExpertise in curriculum design, instructional strategies, and educational standardsExcellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and engagementStrategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in performance evaluation, teacher development, and program assessmentAdvanced degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office and other educational technology toolsPrevious experience in an educational leadership position is highly desirable
