Define and implement the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals and KPIs.Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team to achieve performance targets and foster a culture of innovation.Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including website content and structure, SEO, performance advertising, customer service, shipping, fulfillment, and inventory management.Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and finance teams to align online initiatives with business objectives and ensure smooth workflows.Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements.Manage relationships with third-party vendors, technology partners, and digital agencies to optimize platform performance and system integrations.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media initiatives.Set and manage budgets, improve efficiency, and implement process enhancements as needed.Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and best practices in online retail.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights, performance updates, risks, and improvement plans directly to the CEO.
