Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems, policies, and financial procedures.Oversee daily finance and accounting operations (AR, AP, General Ledger, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).Lead and manage the accounting team at HQ and all PREMIERE locations.Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records and reports.Perform month-end, quarterly, and yearly closing activities and full set of accounts.Conduct financial analysis and provide regular reports to senior management.Evaluate accounting systems and coordinate with IT for performance improvements.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide all required documentation.Support executive management in:Corporate and legal structure mattersRegulatory compliance, licenses, and permitsLegal templates (employee contracts, rental/operation agreements, supplier contracts, NDAs, etc.)Risk management, insurance policies, and contingency planningSupport department heads in establishing and improving business processes.Develop and maintain internal audit functions (if applicable) to safeguard company policies and procedures. Proven experience in a senior finance or head of finance role.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax compliance.Excellent leadership and team management skills.High analytical and reporting capabilities.Experience in multi-branch or multi-location organizations is a plus.
