Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Monitor business performance against strategic and financial objectives.Translate financial and operational data into strategic insights that support executive decision-making.Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting.Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and compliance.Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data across the organization.Lead management reporting and executive dashboards.Oversee statutory reporting and audit requirements.Present business performance, financial risks, and growth opportunities to senior management and the Board.Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, governance, and service delivery.Evaluate and implement new finance operating models, including Shared Services Centers and Finance Business Partnering.Simplify and standardize finance processes across the organization.Drive automation, digitalization, and reporting enhancements.Promote a data-driven culture throughout the organization.Lead finance restructuring initiatives to improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability.Evaluate roles, responsibilities, spans of control, and organizational design.Develop workforce plans aligned with future business requirements.Lead change management activities throughout transformation initiatives.Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models.Conduct ROI, NPV, IRR, payback, and sensitivity analyses.Assess financial risks and expected returns on investment.Build and lead a high-performing finance organization.Assess organizational capability and develop succession plans.Establish clear performance objectives, KPIs, and accountability measures.Coach and mentor finance leaders to strengthen business partnering capabilities.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.MBA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.Experience:12–15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.Proven experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or multi-site operations.Demonstrated success in finance transformation, organizational restructuring, and business partnering.Strong experience in investment analysis, financial planning, and executive reporting.Experience leading cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.
