QStaffers is currently looking for a Head of Marketing for one of our partners, a pioneer in the Fashion Industry!Job Summary:We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our growth, customer acquisition, and revenue strategy across all channels.This role is responsible for turning our collections, campaigns, and brand storytelling into measurable growth - driving traffic, conversions, and long-term customer loyalty.You will work closely with the Creative Director and Founder to translate creative concepts into high-performing marketing campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, paid ads, and CRM.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who understands both brand storytelling and performance marketing.Responsibilities:Core responsibility: They focus on strategy, distribution, analytics, and sales performance.Market Strategy & Planning Develop overall marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals Build launch strategies for collections and product drops Plan and manage the marketing calendar Campaign Strategy and goal definitionCampaign Execution & Growth Own the execution and performance of all campaigns: Ensure campaigns reach the right audience, convert into sales and align with brand positioningChannel OwnershipOversee performance across all channels: Social Media Influencer Marketing Paid Advertising Email & CRPerformance & AnalyticsTrack and optimize key metricsE-Commerce GrowthMaintain and optimize website, improve conversion ratesCustomer Growth & RetentionBuild systems to grow and retain audience: Loyally programs referral programs community intatives Repeat purchase strategiesTeam LeadershipLead and manage the marketing team, including: Social Media Manager PR Manager Growth SpecialistRequirements:Experience: 5-10+ years in marketing or growth roles Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or consumer brands preferred.
