Egypt Education Platform is seeking an experienced and dynamic Math Head of Department (HOD) for the Primary Stage at Madinaty Integrated Language School for the Academic Year 2026-2027. The successful candidate will lead and inspire the mathematics department, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning across the primary years, while aligning with the British Curriculum standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and management of the primary mathematics department. Develop, review, and implement a high-quality mathematics curriculum that meets curriculum standards and promotes student achievement. Support, coach, and mentor math teachers to enhance instructional practices and professional growth. Monitor and analyse student progress data to inform teaching strategies and interventions. Lead the development and integration of innovative teaching methods and resources in mathematics. Coordinate assessment schedules, moderation, and reporting for the mathematics department. Organize professional development sessions related to mathematics teaching for department staff. Collaborate with other academic leaders to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning environment. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments and best practices in mathematics education.
