Key Accountabilities:Develop and execute the mortgage sales strategy to achieve portfolio growth and revenue targets.Lead, coach, and manage the mortgage sales team to maximize productivity and performance.Drive the achievement of sales KPIs, budgets, and profitability objectives.Expand the Bank’s market presence by developing relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and referral partners.Monitor sales pipeline, portfolio performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the mortgage sales journey.Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure efficient processing and timely disbursement.Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Prepare and present sales performance reports, forecasts, and business insights to senior management.Identify and implement initiatives to improve sales processes, customer acquisition, and overall business performance.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalence.10+ years of experience in sales or any related field of work, banking experience is a plus.
