The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing all support operations, including facility services, security operations, and transportation services. The role ensures efficient service delivery, compliance with company policies, cost control, and high standards of safety, quality, and employee satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesService ManagementOversee all facility services, including housekeeping, cafeteria, pest control, landscaping, and other outsourced services.Monitor service providers' performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational standards.Security ManagementManage all physical security operations across company facilities.Supervise security teams and external security service providers.Develop security policies, access control procedures, and emergency response plans.Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.Transportation ManagementOversee company transportation operations, including employee buses, company vehicles, and third-party transportation providers.Plan transportation routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.Ensure transportation safety standards are maintained.Address transportation-related employee concerns and operational issues.Operational ManagementManage departmental budgets and control operational expenses.Prepare KPIs, reports, and performance dashboards.Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and vendor performance evaluations.Collaborate with HR, EHS, Finance, and other departments to support business operations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Service quality and SLA compliance.Security incident reduction.Transportation on-time performance.Vendor performance scores.Budget adherence and cost optimization.Employee satisfaction levels.Compliance and audit results. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.Experience5–8+ years of experience in operations management, facilities management, security, or transportation operations.Experience managing outsourced services and multiple vendors.Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments is preferred.
