Egypt Education Platform is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Primary for our National School, starting in January 2026. This leadership position is essential for advancing our educational standards and enhancing the learning experience for all primary students.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and evaluate the primary curriculum in line with national education standards and best practicesProvide instructional leadership and support staff in employing effective teaching strategies and differentiation to meet diverse student needsFoster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionallyLead and manage a team of primary teachers, providing mentorship, professional development, and performance evaluationsMonitor and assess student progress, using data to inform instructional practices and drive student achievementEngage with parents and the broader community to build strong partnerships that support the school's mission and enhance student successParticipate in school leadership meetings, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the schoolEnsure compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding policies to maintain high standards of safety and wellbeing for studentsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a Master's degree is preferredAt least 5 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a primary education settingStrong understanding of primary education pedagogy and national curriculum standardsProven leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate a team of educatorsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parentsCommitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful school culture that promotes the wellbeing of all studentsExperience with curriculum development and data-driven decision-making is highly desirableApplication Process: Interested candidates should submit their CV along with a cover letter, outlining their vision for primary education and leadership philosophy, by November 30, 2025.Safeguarding Statement: The safety and wellbeing of our students is paramount.
