Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Head of Product Management & Digital Operations to lead the strategic growth, operational excellence, and commercial performance of our B2B SaaS platform. This leader will act as the executive owner of the digital business frontier, ensuring that the product, workflows, customer targeting, digital performance, budgets, and operational ecosystem work seamlessly drive scalable growth. 1. Product Strategy, Positioning & Growth Define and continuously refine the market positioning of the SaaS workflow platform. Identify and prioritize target customer segments, ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), and expansion opportunities. Translate early-stage customer feedback into a clear product roadmap and strategic enhancements. Develop scalable B2B acquisition and product-led growth (PLG) strategies. Partner closely with sales and marketing functions to improve product messaging, value proposition, and conversion effectiveness. Design and optimize enterprise user journeys, onboarding experiences, and retention strategies. 2. Digital Operations & Product Excellence Lead all digital operational aspects of the SaaS platform to ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and usability. Ensure strong alignment between customer feedback, product priorities, and development execution. Monitor operational and product performance indicators and proactively resolve bottlenecks. Own release readiness and ensure enhancements are commercially and technically impactful. Establish governance frameworks for product execution, prioritization, and sprint alignment. Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and implementation teams to maintain delivery excellence. 3. Financial Ownership & P&L Management Own and manage the digital product P&L vision, including revenue contribution, cost structures, and growth efficiency. Structure and oversee product and digital operations budgets. Ensure efficient resource allocation across teams and priorities. Monitor commercial performance and establish ROI-based decision-making models. 4. Leadership & Cross-Functional Team Management Direct and mentor the existing product and technology team. Ensure client feedback loops are translated into actionable sprint priorities. Create strong alignment between business goals and execution. Foster a culture of ownership, speed, accountability, and continuous improvement. Balance long-term strategic thinking with fast-paced tactical execution. RequirementsProven experience as Head of Product, Product Director, VP Product, or CPO within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong background in workflow systems, productivity platforms, ERP, operations technology, or enterprise software. Demonstrated success in scaling and optimizing SaaS products through customer feedback and iterative product releases. Deep understanding of the B2B SaaS lifecycle, product-led growth (PLG), customer acquisition, user journey mapping, and go-to-market strategies. Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience managing product budgets, resource allocation, ROI, and SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, retention, conversion). Strategic, data-driven leader with the ability to align product vision, business growth, and cross-functional execution in fast-paced environments.
