But we are building something real.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Head of Sales to lead and scale Waterkind’s sales function, with a strong focus on building and expanding our traditional trade channel while driving performance across existing accounts. Today, Waterkind is already present across modern trade, convenience, e-commerce, and key lifestyle locations. The next phase is about depth and scale. Growing sales per door across existing accounts, while unlocking traditional trade as the largest growth opportunity.This role is not about putting the product everywhere.It is about putting it in the right places, and making sure it performs once it is there.You will be responsible for increasing sales per door, strengthening in-store execution, and building a high-performing merchandising function.A core part of this role is leading expansion into traditional trade, unlocking a significantly larger market opportunity and building a scalable route-to-market across a highly fragmented channel.You will own and grow relationships with distributors and wholesalers, ensuring strong execution and coverage while we continue building our internal capabilities.This is a hands-on leadership role.You will set the strategy, build the team, and execute on the ground.
